San Diego- Work and Play

I just got back from a whirlwind of a trip to San Diego with my husband and two clients who are getting married next month. It was such a whirlwind that I thought it was worthy of a post here on my website with little descriptions here and there. The reason for the trip was to capture Sally & Blakes (pictured below) engagement photos. We definitely did that— just in time to head back to Texas, avoiding the hurricane that was approaching San Diego. The first half of this post are my personal vacay images taken by both me and my husband. He has very recently been stepping up his photographical game, and I am so grateful!

Sally and Blake’s Sneak Peeks:

These photos were taken at various locations in San Diego. Sunset Cliffs and around La Jolla Cove to be exact. Sally and Blake flew in Saturday morning at 8 AM— we took these between 9 and 11 AM. They got lunch and then together we started a long and what felt like an impossible journey home- all on the day of the session. Through flight delays and staying overnight in Phoenix on our way back to Dallas- I definitely got to bond with and get to know Sally and Blake pretty well this weekend! The pictures below are the sneak peeks I sent when we got home!
